Noisy Goblin Noise Level Regulations

Section 3.14, Article 2, Subsection 4, Part 1: Excessive Yelling

Any goblin who exceeds 90 decibels of yelling within a 5-meter radius shall be subject to a warning from the Noise Ombudsman.

• First-time offenders shall receive a verbal warning and a complimentary pair of earplugs.
• Repeat offenders shall receive a written warning and a 30-day ban from all goblin gatherings.
